The menu includes: wild mushroom and brie soup, mixed greens salad with homemade vinaigrette; filet of beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce; roasted Yukon gold potatoes with herbs; roasted asparagus with red pepper sauce; chocolate hazelnut layer cake with praline crunch or strawberries in creme Chantilly.
